The law states that the information required on an ID disc is the name and address of the owner. Other information (i.e. telephone number) is optional.<\/li>\n<li>On a lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Vaccination record. Puppies need to have had their 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0set of vaccinations to attend classes. Once you have shown your vaccination card to a member of staff it will not be necessary to bring it to subsequent lessons.<\/li>\n<li>Completed enrolment and terms and conditions forms with class payment.<\/li>\n<li>Some form of poop scoop or poo bags.<\/li>\n<li>A safe toy. Preferably something you can hold onto while your dog has the other end.<\/li>\n<li>Treats<\/li>\n<li>Grooming equipment e.g. brush or mitt or a towel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For GCDS tests&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For your dog\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Bronze<\/strong>\u00a0test, please bring grooming equipment and a poop scoop or poo bags.<\/li>\n<li>For your dog&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Silver<\/strong>\u00a0test,please bring a toy.<\/li>\n<li>For your dog&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Gold<\/strong>\u00a0test, please bring an item for the\u00a0<strong>send to bed<\/strong>\u00a0exercise.
